Promised Bottomland Company is a faith-based organization providing premier guided waterfowl hunts, expert retriever consulting, and riverfront lodging in Holly Grove, Arkansas. Throughout these terms, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Promised Bottomland Company.
Bookings and inquiries
Submitting a hunt inquiry through our website, our Guided Outdoors 360 booking form, or by phone or email is a request, not a confirmed reservation. A hunt or stay is confirmed only when we confirm your dates, group size, and package details with you directly.
Payment, deposits, and pricing

Licenses and requirements
Hunters are responsible for holding a valid federal duck stamp and the required Arkansas waterfowl licenses before their hunt. Daily bag limits and season dates follow Arkansas and federal regulations for the dates you book.
Safety and conduct
All participants must follow the reasonable safety and conduct instructions of our guides, including safe firearm handling, staying within designated areas, and respect for the lodge, other guests, and the land. We may end a hunt or stay, without refund, for conduct that endangers people, animals, or property.
Assumption of risk and liability
Hunting, boating, travel across private land, and related outdoor activities involve inherent risks, including weather, water, terrain, firearms, and wildlife. Retriever consulting
Retriever consulting is advisory. Results depend on the individual dog, the handler, and consistent training between sessions. We do not guarantee specific outcomes.
Third-party services
Hunt inquiries are handled through a form hosted by Guided Outdoors (guidedoutdoors.com). Your use of that form is also subject to Guided Outdoors’ own terms and privacy practices. This website also uses externally hosted fonts and image delivery services.
